Day 10,

12am: slept for 20, then 20 more!

4am: got right to sleep
8am: again went to sleep quickly

12pm: a little late getting into the sack but all goes well
4pm: didn’t think I would fall out but went right to sleep

8pm: struggled to get up – going to sleep very quickly now – my goal is to fall asleep in less than 1 minute – struggling to stay up until midnight – don’t want to screw it up again – my workout is at 2am -

Glad to see you're experimenting with polyphasic sleep. Here are some tips I've been sharing with other polyphasic sleepers.

Hi Again,

I was wondering if you'd be interested in participating in the "Adventures in Polyphasic Sleeping" feed. The beginnings can be seen here:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/aips?format=xml

The plan is to combine posts by polyphasic sleepers into one feed.

I will only include feeds with direct permission from the blogger. If the blogger already has posts about polyphasic sleep, all they need to do is add the tag or label “aips” to the posts they want included on Adventures in Polyphasic Sleeping. If the blogger doesn’t want their posts to show up anymore in the future, they simply have to delete the “aips” tag or label from their posts.

I am not doing this as any sort of business venture, so I prefer feeds with no ads. I am doing this because I believe that polyphasic sleep can be an alternative to monophasic sleep. Many people switch back to monophasic sleep not because of health issues, but due to social pressures. Having more polyphasic sleepers out there can ease the pressure.

Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks!
